Talent Bank

The Bering Straits Native Corporation Talent Bank is available for shareholders and descendants to input information on their talent, abilities, skills, work experience, education and other work-force related information online through the UKG platform. BSNC will use this stored talent profile information for targeted outreach including notifying individuals of job opportunities, training programs, and other workforce development initiatives.

BSNC gives hiring, promotion, training and retention preference to BSNC original shareholders, shareholder descendants, and shareholder spouses who meet the minimum qualifications of a job. The BSNC Shareholder Development Department tracks and monitors the implementation of the Shareholder Hire Preference across BSNC operations.

Talent profiles are useful for BSNC hiring managers and the Shareholder Development Department to source and recruit shareholders and descendants for available positions at BSNC for which they are qualified for and, as applicable, will be used to inform users of available trainings and related workforce development opportunities offered at BSNC.

The Talent Bank online platform will allow shareholders and descendants access to update their profiles online to ensure that we have the most current information on file to enhance our sourcing and recruiting processes.

The Talent Bank online platform is available through UKG for all original shareholders, direct lineal descendants of original shareholders, and shareholder spouses. Please login or register your UKG profile to create your talent profile.
