Questions about BSNC’s business, programs and benefits will be compiled and answered during the Annual Meeting. Please submit questions by 5 p.m. AKDT on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024 to the email below.

The BSNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be webcast live on Oct. 5, 2024, at 10 a.m. (Alaska Daylight Saving Time)

1. Go to www.bsncvote.com.
2. Enter your 14-digit Shareholder ID# and 5-letter PIN. Your Shareholder ID# and PIN can be found at the top of your proxy card. If you are unable to locate your PIN, use the PIN Lookup Tool located on the bsncvote.com webpage. To use the PIN Lookup Tool, you will need to enter your DOB and the last four digits of your SSN.
3. Click Log In.

BSNC encourages you to mail in your paper proxy or vote online to be entered to win cash prizes! Your shareholder ID and PIN are located on your proxy card.

VOTING PRIZES

Shareholders whose proxy is received by the Inspector of Elections by 5 p.m., Alaska Daylight Saving Time on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, are eligible for prizes. All shareholders who register to vote in person at the Annual Meeting will be included in the drawings.

• FIVE PROXY PRIZES – $800
• FOUR PROXY PRIZES – $900
• FOUR PROXY PRIZES – $1,100
• FOUR PROXY PRIZES – $1,700
• FIVE PROXY PRIZES – $2,200
• FIVE PROXY PRIZES – $3,000
• TWO PROXY PRIZES – $4,000
• TWO PROXY PRIZES – $5,000
• GRAND PRIZE – $9,000

Twenty-five (25) Early Bird prizes of $1,100 will be drawn from those proxies received by the Inspector of Elections by 5 p.m., Alaska Daylight Saving Time, on Thursday, September 12, 2024. All Early Bird winners are eligible for all other prize drawings.

Five prizes of $2,000 will be drawn from those proxies that have been voted online.

Online voting ends October 2 at 5 p.m. AKST
