Questions about BSNC’s business, programs and benefits will be compiled and answered during the Annual Meeting. Please submit questions by 5 p.m. AKDT on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026.

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) has identified the Corporate Proxy Card and Statement mailed recently to shareholders unintentionally omitted one of the nominees for the Board of Directors. BSNC is taking steps to correct the error and ensure shareholders have the opportunity to consider all eligible candidates in the 2026 Board of Directors election. Corrected proxy materials that include all candidates will be sent to all eligible shareholders.

Online Voting Prizes

Five prizes of $2,500 will be awarded to shareholders who vote their proxy online.

Early Bird Voting Prizes

Twenty-five (25) Early Bird prizes of $1,100 will be drawn from those proxies received by the Inspector of Elections by 5 p.m., Alaska Daylight Saving Time, on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. All Early Bird winners are eligible for all other prize drawings.

Regular Proxy Voting Prizes

Shareholders whose proxy is received by the Inspector of Elections by 5 p.m., Alaska Daylight Saving Time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, are eligible for prizes. All shareholders who register to vote in person at the Annual Meeting will be included in the drawings.
