BSNC extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the 2026 Katiluta Cultural Festival. We are grateful to our partners, volunteers, performers, artists, vendors, and attendees for the time, effort, and commitment that made this event possible. The festival provided a meaningful opportunity to come together in celebration of culture, connection, and tradition.

Workshop and Demonstration Hosts: Roy Ashenfelter, Pie Bullard, Nicole Borromeo, Etta Tall, Kelsi Ivanoff, Mary Jane Litchard, Sylvester Ayek, Lisa Lynch, Vanessa Tahbone, Golga Oscar, Vanessa Connor, Willis Pate, Kunaq Tahbone, and Kiminaq Maddy Agviaq.

Culture and Dance Protocols Panel: Sylvester Ayeq, John Pullock, Westley Apatiki, Shem Rose Kooniuka, Phyllis Walluk, Yaayuk Alvanna-Stimpfle.

Dancers and Singers: Nome King Island Dance Group, Qughsatkut Dancers, Nome St. Lawrence Island Dance Group, and the Community Inupiaq Choir.

Additional Support: BSDC staff, Mini Convention Center staff, Nome Rec Center staff, Nome Elementary School staff, Devan Otton/Oksuk Productions, catering by Lucy Valdez, and the Nome NYO and Track and Field teams.
