Important Notice Regarding 2026 Proxy Materials

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) has identified the Corporate Proxy Card and Statement mailed recently to shareholders unintentionally omitted one of the nominees for the Board of Directors, Marilyn Koezuna Irelan. BSNC is taking steps to correct the error and ensure shareholders have the opportunity to consider all eligible candidates in the 2026 Board of Directors election. Corrected proxy materials that include all candidates will be sent to all eligible shareholders.

• If you have already voted and do not want to change your votes, you do not need to do anything — your prior vote will still be counted.
• If you have already voted, and wish to change your votes, you can.

This applies whether you have voted online or by returning a paper proxy. To update your votes, you can:

1. Log in at bsncvote.com and follow the online voting instructions (you may re-vote online even if you originally submitted a paper proxy); or
2. Complete and return the paper proxy card (you may submit a new paper proxy even if you originally voted online); or
3. Register to vote in person at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

If you qualified for the early bird prize drawings by voting early, you will remain eligible even if you change your vote later.
