Tundra to Table

For millennia, our Alaska Native ancestors have lived in harmony with the land. Today, our spiritual connection with the land and its abundance continues to be a part of our cultural identity. This is the first edition of the Tundra to Table Cookbook. This cookbook celebrates the culinary traditions of our shareholders and descendants, who are Inupiaq, Siberian Yupik and Central Yup’ik.

Many of these recipes have been passed down through the generations and are, now, being shared with you. This cookbook honors you, our shareholders and descendants. These recipes connect us to our ancestors, to the land and to each other. From the tundra to the table, we celebrate our culinary traditions and cultures. We thank everyone who shared their recipes.
