Cindy Aġnaqhiq Towarak Massie is President of Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) and a shareholder of Unalakleet Native Corporation. Inupiaq and raised in Unalakleet, Alaska, she is the daughter of the late Clarence and Guerie Towarak.
Z. Daniel Graham joined the senior executive team at BSNC in 2014. During his 30-year career as a contractor with the federal government, he has spent more than 27 years in progressive leadership roles for Alaska Native regional corporations.
Richard Foster joined BSNC as Vice President of Business Development in 2004, following a successful 28-year long career in the U.S. Air Force where he filled a variety of positions.

Krystal Nelson joined Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) in 2014 as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, bringing nearly three decades of leadership experience across the public and private sectors.

Kevin Ivanoff
Kevin Ivanoff serves as BSNC’s Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Ivanoff guides the overall technology direction of the Company and its subsidiaries and is responsible for the design, development and implementation of BSNC’s organizational information, network and technology systems.
Jeff Shirley joined BSNC in 2016 and in July 2024 he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As SVP and CFO, Shirley oversees all accounting activities, financial strategy, and managing and reporting all financial-related activities for the company.
Danielle Ryman is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Bering Straits Native Corporation. As General Counsel, Ryman serves as the corporation’s chief legal officer responsible for corporate governance and legal strategy.
Haven Harris serves as Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy. As Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy, Harris is responsible for decisions related to business development, contract capture and corporate support services.
Peggy Hoogendorn joined BSNC in 1982 as Assistant Stockholder Registrar. As Vice President of Administration, she oversees the Shareholder Department and manages the Nome headquarters’ administrative functions.
Hannah Kelley, a seasoned government contract accountant, brings 20+ years of experience and joins the Camp Fire Alaska Board in May. She’s also a proud hockey mom and UAA MBA grad.
