BSNC shareholder Brittany Daletas has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Daletas will help lead operational efforts across the organization, focusing on improving efficiency, strengthening cross-functional alignment, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping create scalable structures that drive and support BSNC’s growth.
Daletas received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. She also holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Public Relations Society of America.
What Daletas enjoys most about working for BSNC is being part of an organization whose mission is bigger than business alone. She values the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports shareholders and the region, as well as the strong sense of purpose, collaboration, and commitment that exists across the company.
Daletas is the daughter of Martin Brown and Janette (Komakhuk) Brown of Nome and the granddaughter of Ethel and Sam Komakhuk and Wayne Brown and Vicki McPherson.
