In recognition of BSNC’s strong financial performance this year, the Beringia Settlement Trust Board is pleased to announce a special discretionary dividend distribution of $8.75 per share. In addition, a special $500 Elder distribution has been declared for original shareholders aged 65 years or older as of April 15, 2026. These distributions will be direct deposited or mailed on or before April 30, 2026. Payments will be made through the BSNC Beringia Settlement Trust and are not taxable.

Shareholders can receive their dividend sooner by signing up for direct deposit through the MyBSNC Shareholder Portal at shareholder.bsnc.net. All shareholders are strongly encouraged to verify their mailing and/or direct deposit information through the portal by April 10, 2026. Those who prefer receiving a check by mail should ensure their address on file is up to date.
