This summer marks an exciting chapter for BSNC. We are proud to welcome the Alakaʻina Family of Companies to the BSNC family. The nine acquired companies now operate under Bering-Alakaʻina Holdings, LLC, a newly established holding company. Together, they provide expanded capabilities in professional and administrative support, base operations, range and engineering services, medical and biomedical services, and information technology.
This acquisition represents a significant milestone for BSNC, expanding our portfolio and growing our workforce to more than 4,000 employees worldwide. More importantly, it strengthens the corporation’s long-term stability, broadens our opportunities for growth, and positions us to create even greater value for shareholders in the years ahead.
We are also pleased to share that enrollment is now open for eligible descendants and missed enrollees.
