BSNC is pleased to announce the launch of the Shareholder Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Program and its inaugural participants. The participants are shareholders Roy Craft, Ana Grayson and Sara Leckband. Designed to cultivate the leadership qualities of high-potential shareholder and descendant employees, BSNC’s LEAD Program offers a structured curriculum led by both internal and external experts, aimed at elevating leadership capabilities and fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and retention.
