At the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders on Oct. 4, five board directors were elected to serve three-year terms. Incumbents Louis Green, Jr., Tyler Ivanoff, Cindy Towarak Massie, and Gail R. Schubert were re-elected, and Steve Ivanoff was newly elected.
