The Beringia Settlement Trust Board has declared a record-high distribution of $13.25 per share. In addition, a $1,550 Elder distribution has been approved for original shareholders aged 65 or older as of Nov. 1, 2025, the date of record. These distributions will be paid through the Beringia Settlement Trust and are not taxable. The distributions will be direct deposited or mailed on or before Nov. 15, 2025.
Additionally, BSNC is excited to announce that the Board has approved a plan to grow the Beringia Settlement Trust Permanent Fund as part of a multi-year strategy to increase shareholder benefits. This plan is intended to ensure distributions do not decrease as new shareholders are added through open enrollment, should the resolution be approved. As a forever fund, this reflects the Board’s commitment to growing distributions for generations to come.
Shareholders can receive their distribution earlier than by mail by signing up for direct deposit through the MyBSNC Shareholder Portal at shareholder.bsnc.net. All shareholders are strongly encouraged to verify their mailing and/or direct deposit information by Oct. 15, 2025.
