On February 29, 2016 Global Precision Systems, LLC. received the notice of award for contract number GS06Q16BQDS111, under Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services under Solicitation No. GS06Q-16-RL-0002.

This award pertains to Zone 1 which consists of the following states: DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WV, and DC. Primary services: HVAC Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and Plumbing and Pipefitting.

The BMO Small Business (SB) contract vehicle is an open market, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ), governmentwide contract vehicle with a one 5-year base and one 5-year option through to 2026.

Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) Small Business (SB) strategic sourcing solution is a comprehensive and flexible solution covering all high-demand BMO services. It is an open market, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ), government-wide contract vehicle supporting the strategic sourcing initiative to reduce costs and drive efficient purchasing by federal agencies.

The BMO vehicle is a 10-year contract with one 5-year base and one 5-year option at the parent contract level.

Agencies seeking longer than a 5-year task order (one year base period and four one-year options) must request a deviation from their own agency. BMO allows for the following contract types at the task-order level:

• Firm, fixed price;
• Time and materials; and
• Labor hours.

BMO SB spans many areas of expertise and includes the primary services required to provide a total solution to maintain and operate federal buildings and assets. The BMO SB services are divided into two separate Service Groups:

1. Operations and Maintenance
   • HVAC Maintenance
   • Plumbing and Pipefitting
   • Elevator Maintenance
   • Electrical Maintenance
2. Facility Support Services
   • Janitorial
   • Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance
