GMS specializes in facility operations and maintenance (O&M) to include maintenance, repair, and alteration of facility structures; O&M of water, wastewater, and heating plants; maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, intrusion detection, telephone, and cable systems; roads and grounds maintenance to include snow removal; janitorial; pest control; airfield maintenance and management; pier maintenance; warehouse and supply services; and hazardous materials management.

We also perform vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance, fleet management, fuels management, and bus transportation. Our well-planned predictive and unscheduled maintenance processes and expert computerized maintenance management techniques ensure facilities and equipment operate smoothly without interruption.
