Cindy Towarak Massie
Cindy Aġnaqhiq Towarak Massie is President of Bering Straits Native Corporation. Raised in Unalakleet, Alaska, Massie is the daughter of the late Clarence and Guerie Towarak. A dedicated member of the BSNC Board of Directors since 2019, Massie has played a pivotal role in shaping the corporation's strategic direction.

Z. Daniel Graham has served on the senior executive team at BSNC for the last nine years. During his 28-year career as a contractor with the federal government, he has had more than 24 years in progressive leadership roles for Alaska Native corporations.

Richard Foster joined BSNC as Vice President of Business Development in 2004, following a successful 28-year long career in the U.S. Air Force.

Krystal Nelson joined BSNC in 2014 with more than 18 years of experience working in public and private business sectors managing federal, state and municipal contracts.

Kevin Ivanoff serves as BSNC’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Ivanoff guides the overall technology direction of the company, business units and its subsidiaries.

Shirley joined BSNC in 2016 in July 2024 he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Danielle Ryman joined BSNC as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2023. Ryman serves as the corporation’s chief legal officer responsible for managing its legal matters.

Haven Harris
Haven Harris serves Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy. As Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy, Harris is responsible for decisions related to business development, contract capture and corporate support services.

Lucille Sands
Lucille Sands serves as Senior Vice President of Regional & Shareholder Services. As Senior Vice President of Regional & Shareholder Services, Sands works to align shareholder development with organizational goals and business needs.

Doug Smith joined BSNC in January 2020 as Vice President. As Senior Vice President, Smith helps identify and develop strategic opportunities for business development.

Peggy Hoogendorn
Peggy Hoogendorn joined BSNC in 1982 as Assistant Stockholder Registrar. As Vice President of Administration, she oversees the Shareholder Department.

Larry Pederson
Larry Pederson serves as BSNC’s Vice President of Nome Operations. Pederson is responsible for the corporate and subsidiary operations in Nome.
