Cindy Aġnaqhiq Towarak Massie is President of Bering Straits Native Corporation. Raised in Unalakleet, Alaska, Massie is the daughter of the late Clarence and Guerie Towarak. A dedicated member of the BSNC Board of Directors since 2019, Massie has played a pivotal role in shaping the corporation's strategic direction.
Z. Daniel Graham has served on the senior executive team at BSNC for the last nine years. During his 28-year career as a contractor with the federal government, he has had more than 24 years in progressive leadership roles for Alaska Native corporations.

Krystal Nelson joined BSNC in 2014 with more than 18 years of experience working in public and private business sectors managing federal, state and municipal contracts.
Kevin Ivanoff serves as BSNC’s Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Ivanoff guides the overall technology direction of the company, business units and its subsidiaries.
Doug Smith joined BSNC in January 2020 as Vice President. As Senior Vice President, Smith helps identify and develop strategic opportunities for business development.
Danielle Ryman joined BSNC as Senior Vice President & General Counsel in 2023. Ryman serves as the corporation’s chief legal officer responsible for managing its legal matters.
Lucille Sands serves as Vice President of Shareholder Development. As Vice President of Shareholder Development, Sands works to align shareholder development with organizational goals and business needs.
Haven Harris serves Vice President of Corporate Development. As Vice President of Corporate Development, Harris is responsible for decisions related to business development, contract capture and corporate support services.
