BSNC held its virtual 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, Oct. 2. Shareholders voted on the election of five board directors. Incumbents Ella Anagick, Edna R. “Becka” Baker, Jason Evans, Stephan P. “Steve” Ivanoff and Lee M. Ryan were elected to the Board. Directors serve three-year terms.

Drawings were held for shareholders who cast a proxy. Checks will be mailed to winners within 10 business days. The Annual Meeting video will be available for viewing within the MyBSNC portal on Tuesday, Oct. 5.
