BSNC held its 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, Oct 2. Shareholders voted on the election of five board directors who will serve three-year terms. Drawings were held for shareholders who cast a proxy. Checks will be mailed to winners within 10 business days. The Annual Meeting video will be available for viewing within the MyBSNC portal on Tuesday, Oct. 5. Here is a recap of the meeting.
