BSNC held its virtual 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, Oct. 3. Shareholders voted on the election of five board directors. Incumbents Henry Ivanoff Sr., Robert “Bobby” Evans, Deborah “Debbie” J. Atuk, and Roy C. Ashenfelter were reelected and Fred N. Sagoonick was newly elected to the Board. Directors serve three-year terms.
“Congratulations to BSNC’s incumbent candidates, and a warm welcome to our newly-elected Director, Fred N. Sagoonick,” said BSNC Board Chairman Henry Ivanoff Sr. “I would like to thank retiring Director Homer E. Hoogendorn for his more than three decades of service to BSNC.”
Drawings were held for shareholders who voted online or mailed in a valid proxy by the Oct. 1 proxy deadline. Checks will be mailed to winners within 10 business days.
The Annual Meeting video will be available for viewing within the MyBSNC portal until 5 p.m., Monday, Oct. 5.
