BSNC’s Anchorage Administration, Facilities and Shareholder Development Department has achieved a notable milestone – it is staffed entirely by shareholders and descendants. Led by Vice President of Shareholder Development Lucille Sands, the department comprises dedicated professionals who are committed to serving the company and its shareholders.
The Anchorage Administration and Facilities team includes Victor Appolloni as Senior Facilities and Administrative Manager, Esther Koezuna as Admin Reception and Assistant and Shelley Johnson as Admin and Facilities Assistant II. The Shareholder Development Department is composed of Elizabeth Sherman-Luce as Senior Shareholder Development Manager, Melissa Aningayou as Shareholder Development Supervisor, Glenn Ivanoff as Workforce Development Supervisor and Danielle Anagick as Shareholder Development Support Specialist.
“BSNC is owned by and exists for the benefit of our shareholders and descendants,” said Lucille Sands, Vice President of Shareholder Development. “BSNC’s achievement of having an all-shareholder and descendant team in this department underscores its commitment to empowering its people and creating opportunities for them.”
By prioritizing the development and advancement of its own shareholders and descendants, BSNC demonstrates that investing in the growth of its people can lead to a more engaged and committed workforce, ultimately benefitting the business as a whole.
