BSNC seeks shareholders interested in filling a vacant seat on the BSNC Board of Directors. In accordance with the corporate bylaws, the individual appointed to fill the vacancy will serve until the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
Any voting shareholder over the age of 18 years interested in being considered for appointment to fill the vacant seat must file a completed application, which includes a letter of interest, current resume and disclosure questionnaire. The deadline to file a completed application with BSNC for this vacancy has been extended to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb 10, 2023.
