Golden Glacier Inc.
Golden Glacier Inc. (GGI) is a subsidiary owned by BSNC. It handles the exploration, development and production of metal minerals within the region. GGI is actively involved in exploration agreements for property in the Nome, Solomon, Council, Bluff and Shaktoolik areas.

Alaska Gold Company
Alaska Gold Company LLC (AGC) is a wholly owned BSNC subsidiary formed to explore environmentally responsible and cost-effective resource redevelopment of the Rock Creek deposits near Nome, Alaska.  AGC owns significant commercial real estate interests in and around Nome, gravel resources, patented mining claims and infrastructure. 
 
Sound Quarry Inc.
Sound Quarry Inc. (SQI) is a subsidiary owned by GGI. SQI operates the Cape Nome Quarry under a joint venture between SQI and Knik Construction Co. Cape Nome Quarry, 12 miles east of Nome, is a source of industrial grade armor stone and rip rap commonly used on seawalls, causeways and breakwaters.
