Richard Foster

Richard Foster joined BSNC as vice president of business development in 2004 following a successful 28-year-long career in the U.S. Air Force.

From 1996 to 1998, Foster served as command chief (senior enlisted advisor) for the wing commander at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Other positions include commandant of the Non-Commissioned Officers Academy from 1993-1996, where he managed more than $5 million in assets and planned long-range activities for professional military education in Alaska, and chief of the Aircraft and Munitions Maintenance Engineering Branch, where he provided on-site management for 105 aircraft and more than 2,000 maintenance technicians throughout Alaska.

Foster holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and technical quality management (TQM).
